Strain-relief straight connector with incorporated nickelplated brass PFLITSCH cable gland with PG bl thread according to DIN 40430. To be used in heavy industry, railways or ship construction for increased retention of electrical cables. They can be used to separate humid
compartments from dry ones

• Made of specially modified polyamide (PA6).

Nickel-plated brass thread. TPE-V sealing ring inside the cable gland
• NBR O-ring included on cable gland base
• Free of halogen, phosphorus and cadmium
• Self-extinguishing
• Shock-resistant
• Temperature range: -40ºC to +105ºC(135ºC short term)
• IP66 protection. IP68/IP69 with ORJ sealing
• “Easy-click”: quick assembly and removal of the conduit without tools
• Colours: dark grey and black

1、High trb resistance (for extra Safety)
Our NYLOFIX connectors hold the corrugated conduit all around its entire perimeter. This allows a better distribution of the tensile forces and thus an increase of the installation safety.
2、IP66 to IP68/IP69K Protection with a single connector (more versatile / less stock)
Compared with other systems that require a different connector for each degree of protection IP66, IP68 and IP69, our system allows three watertightness levels with the same
connector, by simply adding for the IP68 and IP69 protection an O-ring on the last groove of the conduit’s special patented profile and a sealing washer at the base of the connector.
This characteristic offers up to an IP69 protection at a low cost and at the same time reduces the number of references in our customers’stock providing noticeable savings and an
easier control.
3、Quick and easy assembly and removal of the conduit.
Our connectors also offer a quick assembly and removal of the conduit thanks to the unique «easy-click» system. With a light manual pressure over unlocking push-ring the conduit is easily removed without need of any tool.
