FOR CABLES INSERTION AND INSULATION
Polyester braided sleeves have been manufactured to allow wiring and abrasion protection of the cables inside switchboards where available space is always limited.
TEAFLEX S.p.A. develop and manufactures polyester braided sleeves with high quality Monofilament. The products are resistant against chemical agents, free of halogen and cadmium, high temperature resistant, and available according to fire characteristic categories of UL94-HB and UL94-V0.
The braided sleeves are expandable up to the double the size of the nominal diameter allowing easy insertion of the cables and wires. By expanding the braid even cables with pre-adapted connectors can be passed through the hose.
The special braid made guarantee conductors cover up to 80%, decisively improving the abrasion resistance and therefore the reliability of the cables.

The polyester braided sleeve PEH and PEV features great flexibility. They allows the protection and wrapping of every cable or cable set even in narrow spaces.
The PEV braided sleeve has an even better fire resistance than PEH braided sleeves.

Material: Polyester, free of halogens, phosphor and cadmium
